Now, we’re looking for a hands-on Global Revenue, Growth & AI Lead to help us scale both our revenue and pipeline globally — while evolving how we work with data, AI, and modern GTM.
This is a role for someone who doesn’t just drive results — but builds the systems behind them.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue & Global Performance
Work closely with our global sales teams to improve performance and conversion
Support and challenge regional teams to hit and exceed revenue targets
Identify what drives results across markets — and scale it
Own Pipeline, Demand & GTM Execution
Take ownership of pipeline generation together with Marketing
Build and optimize how we generate and convert leads across channels
Create a scalable and predictable GTM engine across markets
Build a Data-Driven Growth Engine
Define and evolve how we measure performance across the funnel
Own key metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion, CAC, and revenue efficiency
Work hands-on in HubSpot and surrounding tools to drive insights and action
Elevate Our Martech & AI Capabilities
Shape how we use martech, data, and AI across the commercial funnel
Identify and implement AI tools to improve lead generation, sales efficiency, and decision-making
Build scalable workflows and systems — not just campaigns
Connect Sales, Marketing & Product
Create strong feedback loops between teams
Ensure positioning, campaigns, and product development are aligned with real market needs
Turn commercial insights into structured input for product and strategy

Who You Are
You combine commercial thinking with technical curiosity.
You’ve worked with both revenue and pipeline generation.
You’re hands-on in data, tools, and execution.
You have a strong interest in AI, martech, and measurement.
You think in systems and care about scalability.
You thrive in an international environment.
Required Experience
Experience driving revenue and pipeline in B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of funnel metrics and growth levers
Hands-on CRM/data experience (HubSpot preferred)
Experience across North America, Europe, and Australia
Experience in international SaaS environments
Strong Plus
Martech, data architecture, or marketing measurement experience
Applying AI in marketing/sales workflows
Experience with both grassroots and enterprise segments
Understanding of sports ecosystem
Experience across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data
