Now, we’re looking for a Global Sales Director to lead our next phase of commercial growth — aligning our markets, strengthening execution, and driving revenue performance worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Own Global Revenue & GTM Strategy
Own global revenue targets and drive consistent performance across markets
Define and evolve our global go-to-market strategy across segments and geographies
Align regional execution with overarching commercial priorities
Lead Pipeline Generation & Demand Strategy
Take joint ownership of pipeline generation together with Marketing
Ensure demand generation strategies translate into qualified pipeline and revenue
Establish clear targets for MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage
Optimize outbound, inbound, partnerships, and expansion channels
Create strong feedback loops between Sales and Marketing to continuously improve performance
Lead Regional Teams
Lead and support established regional sales leaders and their teams
Develop high-performing sales talent
Create clarity around KPIs, forecasting, and performance expectations
Foster a strong, collaborative, and accountable sales culture
Build Sales Enablement at Scale
Develop and adapt sales processes globally
Drive CRM excellence and pipeline visibility (HubSpot preferred)
Scale best practices across markets while respecting local dynamics
Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner closely with Marketing on positioning, campaigns, and brand-to-demand alignment
Ensure Product benefits from structured commercial insights and market feedback
Act as the commercial voice in leadership discussions and long-term strategy

Success in this role means consistently meeting or exceeding global revenue targets across all markets. Pipeline coverage is healthy, predictable, and fully aligned with our growth ambitions, ensuring strong forward visibility and momentum.
Sales and Marketing operate as one integrated go-to-market engine, with shared accountability for pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue performance. Regional leaders feel empowered, strategically aligned, and accountable for results within their respective markets.
Forecasting accuracy steadily improves, performance expectations are clear, and revenue growth becomes increasingly structured and predictable as we scale globally.

You're confident in your expertise, but you don't assume your playbook works everywhere. You've worked across multiple markets and understand that markets require different approaches.
You care about structure and process, but you know they're means to an end. What matters is hitting targets and growing the business. You see sales as part of a broader commercial system. You work effectively with marketing and product, and you bring commercial perspective to strategic conversations.
Required Experience
8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including senior leadership responsibility
Proven track record of owning and scaling GTM strategy and pipeline generation
Experience leading multi-market or international sales organizations
Strong forecasting, CRM, and revenue operations experience (HubSpot preferred)
Demonstrated success aligning Sales and Marketing to drive predictable growth
Nice to Have
Experience in sports tech, membership platforms, or organizations with complex buyer segments
Background that includes both building sales teams and optimizing existing ones
Familiarity with European and international markets
