What You’ll Do
Financial & payments support: Deliver hands-on support related to club financials, including payments, registrations, and related systems, ensuring smooth and accurate financial workflows.
Optimize usage: Ensure customers understand its functionalities and how to optimize sports management operations.
Customer growth: Help and guide customers to develop their usage.
Onboarding: Provide training and support to new customers.
Customer support: Deliver exceptional customer support and build strong relationships with our clients.
Who We’re Looking For
Communication: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and provide clear guidance.
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and navigate software platforms (experience with CRM software or other management systems is a bonus).
Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (please add any other languages you speak in your application).
Other: Passion for sports and technology, with a drive to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
