Behind our success is a passionate, collaborative team. Now, we’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance & People team in Stockholm. This role is perfect for someone who is self-driven, prestigeless, outgoing and enjoys the variety that comes with working in a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll have a mix of responsibilities that keep things interesting — from handling accounts payable, billing, and expense management, to supporting payroll administration and sales commission reporting. You’ll also get involved in HR-related tasks like scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and drafting employee contracts. On top of that, you’ll help make sure our office runs like clockwork, creating a space that’s both productive and fun.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Higher education in Business Administration
• Proficiency in accounting systems, HR tools, and CRMs (bonus points for Deel, Teamtailor, and multi-entity accounting experience)
• Used to work in Excel.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Hands-on, unpretentious, and ready to pitch in where needed
• Able to take ownership and work independently
