About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and pragmatic Web Developer to join our team and help build external websites for our global clients. This role is perfect for someone who is business minded and enjoys combining technical skills with customer interaction. A significant part of the role is meetings with clients to discuss layout, structure and needs – then translate those insights into a tailored website solution.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain websites using CMS platforms (Duda)
• Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces
• Work on integrating the 360Player platform with the website
• Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and translate them into web solutions
• Manage tasks and projects in a structured, efficient way
• Contribute to internal web development using Webflow and SEO efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in web development and a relevant education in front-end/web design
• Solid skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working in CMS platforms and a good eye for design
• Comfortable working with clients and understanding their needs
• Experience with task-based workflows, project ownership, and business thinking
• Experience with E-commerce is a plus
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
