We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to develop and manage the foundation of our sales pipeline. In this role, you’ll create and maintain a high-quality database of prospects, aligning closely with strategic sales goals. Your work will empower our sales team to focus on engaging and closing deals.
Your Role
As the Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll oversee the collection, enrichment, and organization of prospect data in our CRM. You’ll manage contractors when needed, ensuring our front-of-pipeline efforts are scalable and efficient. This role is crucial for keeping our CRM up-to-date, relevant, and enriched with actionable insights that drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of sports clubs and organizations.
- Align lead generation efforts with strategic sales goals and priorities.
- Oversee CRM data hygiene to ensure all prospect information is accurate and relevant.
- Develop and implement data collection and enrichment strategies.
- Work with and manage contractors for data-related projects.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to support sales strategies.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, database management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data management tools.
- Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with contractors and teams.
- Familiarity with sports organizations or sales pipelines is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
