We’re looking for a Global Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts across all departments and regions. Whether it’s finding top-notch engineers, marketing experts, sales professionals, or operations leaders, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of 360Player by bringing in the talent that will drive our success.

Your Role

• Partner with hiring managers across engineering, marketing, sales, and more to identify talent needs and craft hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles spanning multiple regions and time zones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a great experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and optimize recruiting processes to support hiring across a fast-growing global organization.
• Stay ahead of talent trends and provide insights to help 360Player stay competitive in hiring the best talent.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including hiring for diverse roles across departments and regions.
• Skilled in sourcing talent using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and innovative methods to build strong pipelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about connecting people with opportunities and building great teams.
• Fluent in English & Swedish, both spoken and written
