Do you want to shape the marketing agenda for one of the fastest-growing sports tech platforms in the world? And see the direct impact of your work on growth, visibility, and business results?
In this role, you will own and drive marketing strategy across our markets in Europe, North America, and Australia. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, giving you both influence and visibility in the organization.
You will also act as the primary marketing contact for local business units in Sweden, Spain, UK, Australia, and the US—representing marketing in go-to-market discussions and ensuring alignment between global strategy and local market needs.

Our platform serves customers across three dimensions simultaneously:
Geography – Markets from Sweden to Spain to the US, each with different dynamics, seasonality, and competitive landscapes
Sport – Football, tennis, basketball, swimming—each with unique ecosystems and decision-makers
Level – Elite academies operate differently than grassroots clubs, yet both thrive on the same platform
You'll need to understand these dynamics to craft positioning, campaigns, and content that resonate across segments. One-size-fits-all marketing won't work here.
What You'll Own
Global Marketing Strategy & Coordination
Define and drive marketing strategy across all markets
Act as the main marketing contact for local business units, ensuring alignment between global direction and local execution
Coordinate global and local web structure, content, and messaging
Ensure consistent brand and campaign execution across markets and languages
Demand Generation & Campaigns
Own campaign strategy end-to-end: from ideation to launch to performance optimization
Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting federations, elite academies, and multi-club organizations
Lead event marketing initiatives, including industry conferences, webinars, and partner activations
Manage relationships with external agencies when specialized expertise or additional capacity is required
Paid Advertising
Oversee Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns—directly or through agency partners
Manage budgets with accountability for CAC efficiency and ROAS across markets
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Design and optimize email sequences, nurture flows, and re-engagement campaigns in HubSpot
Develop audience segmentation strategies based on sport, geography, and organization type
Partner with sales to maximize conversion of marketing-qualified leads
Content & SEO
Lead content development that resonates with diverse buyer personas, including club administrators, coaches, and federation directors
Drive organic growth through keyword optimization and thought leadership initiatives

A confident communicator. You can influence stakeholders at different levels and represent marketing in cross-functional discussions.
Required Experience
5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
Proven track record in multi-market or international marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns
Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms for CRM and marketing automation
Comfortable managing agency relationships alongside in-house execution
Nice to Have
Experience with ABM strategy and execution
Background in event marketing
Sports industry experience or genuine passion for sports
Familiarity with programmatic advertising
